To be the best at something, you’ve got to love doing it. Chef Mark Pridgen found out that he loves cooking when he was 17. One of his first jobs was working at a family-owned Italian restaurant in Jupiter, Florida.
He loved everything about restaurant life … the family, the customers, the staff, the inner workings of the kitchen and the process of diverse ingredients coming together in a heavenly meal! Mark took his love to the next level when he was 22, opening his own Italian Cafe.
