Searing is an easy technique to master, and it should be in your cooking repertoire! Searing is all about building flavor and texture. You will learn to sear scallops (a succulent shellfish), and beef medallions.  At the end of class, you will enjoy a family style meal of seared scallops and beef medallions, with mushroom risotto and complimentary wine.

No refunds, but class credit is available if cancellation is within 7 days of class.

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
