“Airline cut” is a nickname for a particular cut of chicken, it is the boneless breast with the little wing still attached, to impart a bit more flavor! Back when airlines served meals, this was a cut they used! Learn how to make this tasty chicken dish, boasting tender chicken, mushrooms and marsala wine. Oven roasted parmesan Brussel Sprouts and Saffron Orzo Pasta complete this elegant yet easy menu. Full course meal and complimentary wine are included in this class.
