Chef Mark explores the tastes of Mexico for this zesty class. To start off the night, Chef will take you through the preparation of Goat Cheese Nachos. Then he will prepare his version of Tortilla Sopa (soup). The final preparation is traditional Carne Asada, tender flank steak with cilantro, olive oil, soy sauce, orange juice and jalapeños.  Carne Asada is served with Mexican Street Tortillas. Margaritas will be served with this delicioso Mexican Feast!
