Anthony Bourdain found early success in New York Kitchens, he was the “Elvis” of bad boy chefs! He moved out of the kitchen and onto the TV screen. He travelled the world to bring his viewers a slice of life from  “Parts Unknown”, his show that aired on CNN. Chef Mark pays tribute to this Chef, gone too soon. The menu is a masterful collection of Bourdain recipes! The class begins with Bun Bo Hue, a beef and pork noodle soup with a kick! The main dish is Anthony Bourdain’s favorite,  fried pork chops served with chili paste accompanied by baby carrots and snow peas. Complimentary wine is included with this adventurous meal.
