Learn to prepare this delicious, mild fish at home. Chef Marks walks you through the preparation of Seared Chilean Sea Bass, served with Fresh herb sauce sitting atop shiitake mushrooms! Black Garlic and Lentil soup starts off the menu, and fish is accompanied by Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and French Green Beans. This class meal includes complimentary wine.
