Learn how easy it is to make this tantalizing meal, perfect for entertaining! Chef Mark kicks off the evening with his crab cakes served on a bed of spring mix. Chef shows you how to make an herb crusted beef tenderloin. The Tenderloin is served with roasted potatoes and Colorado asparagus. Class includes a full course meal and complimentary wine.
