Belly up to the beer with this unique class! This Hands On class introduces you to the versatility of cooking with beer. Beer adds a rich, earthy flavor to soups and stews, making them taste like they’ve been simmering for hours. Chef will talk about using different styles of beer for various dishes. In this hoppy class, you will make Beer Cheese Pretzels and Beer Steamed Mussels! Dinner and Beer included in this evening’s class!
All prices are per person. Payment is required to reserve classes.
No refunds, but class credit is available if cancellation is within 7 days of class.
ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
