Join Chef Mark as he steps you through these spirited, bourbon-infused dishes. Starting off with a bang, Chef will prepare Bourbon Oyster Shooters! Moving on to the main attraction, Chef prepares a beef tenderloin with a rich, portobello balsamic stack and whisky shoestring fries! This class includes dinner and complementary wine!

No refunds, but class credit is available if cancellation is within 7 days of class.
ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
