Using your five senses can improve your cooking! It’s the framework of all recipes. Participants are encouraged to use all of their senses in the kitchen. Chef may even blindfold you so you can hear the risotto popping when it’s ready! This is a fun filled class, full of discovery and a delicious meal at the end. Menu includes a tender, Filet Mignon accompanied by creamy risotto and sautéd wild mushrooms. This class includes dinner and complimentary wine!

No refunds, but class credit is available if cancellation is within 7 days of class.

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
