Whiskey is the word of this menu. Join Chef Mark as he steps you through these whiskey infused dishes.  Start off with Whiskey Shrimp glazed in a sweet whiskey Barbecue sauce, Bourbon Brown-Sugar glazed Brussel Sprouts with bacon, tipsy sweet potatoes with crusted pecans and marshmallows and the star, sautéed Chicken Breast with Honey-Mushroom, Bourbon Cream sauce. This class includes dinner and complementary wine.

All prices are per person. Payment is required to reserve classes.

No refunds, but class credit is available if cancellation is within 7 days of class.

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
