Learn how to make an incredible shellfish boil straight from the “Low Country”! We’re taking this one outdoors to our patio, weather permitting! Gather around the pot to savor sweet crab meat with shrimp, Colorado corn, red potatoes and all the fixings! Class kicks off with grilled Gator Kabobs! This evening includes full meal and complimentary wine, all under the stars!

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
