Everything’s bigger in Texas, including flavor! Chef Mark create’s a bold menu straight from the heart of Texas! Cowboy black bean soup kicks off the menu. A grilled filet mignon with fresh herb butter served with roasted garlic creamed spinach, and roasted potato wedges complete this Texas style meal. Dessert and complimentary wine included in this class.

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
