Saltimbocca literally means to “jump in the mouth” with flavor. This dish is typically made with veal or chicken, Chef Mark puts his twist on it by preparing it with a flat iron steak. The dish gets its flavor boost from Sage, Prosciutto and Buffalo Mozzarella! Chef kicks off the night by preparing Wild Mushroom Crostini appetizers. The Flat Iron Steak Saltimbocca is served with French Green Beans and Baby Red Potatoes. Complimentary wine is served with this class meal.
