Join Chef Mark as we travel the Food Truck circuit! Chef will recreate these dishes from the wildly popular Food Truck Craze. Chef starts off with Fried Ravioli with Marinara sauce, straight from “the Hill”, the Italian food district in St. Louis, MO. Next up from the coast, is Fried Calamari Crostini with Red Chili Sauce. Off the Rez,  we prepare Pan-Fried Bread Tacos with Chicken. This fun-filled class meal is served with complimentary wine!

No refunds, but class credit is available if cancellation is within 7 days of class.

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
