Chef Mark has Maine Lobsters flown in for this event! Learn to make a traditional Maine Lobster boil, complete with Kielbasa sausage, red potatoes, clams and Colorado Corn on the Cob! This class takes place on the Plaza Patio. Enjoy a full course meal and complimentary wine!

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
