Hang ten with this Hawaiian inspired menu! Chef Mark begins class with the preparation of Hawaiian Saimin Soup, considered the National Dish of Hawaii! It’s a noodle soup packed full of polynesian flavors. Then Chef walks you through the preparation of crispy, Wahoo tacos, Baja style. Wahoo is a popular fish from the Pacific waters and the most common fish used in fish tacos. Tacos are served with a sesame cabbage slaw. Dessert and complimentary wine are included with this class.
