Chef Mark puts a tasty spin on pork chops! This hearty menu starts off with a cream of brussel sprouts soup. Chef shows you how prepare herb-stuffed pork chops. Roasted apples with potatoes and creamed corn with bacon and leeks round out the menu. Dessert and complimentary wine included in this class.
