Planning a Holiday party? Let Chef Mark help, with the second in a mini-series of Holiday Prep classes! This class features an enticing menu featuring delicious Holiday appetizers. Start with a Cranberry Salsa, perfect served over a baked brie. Next up, Guacamole Shrimp Bruschetta served on toasted bread points. Beef Tenderloin “lollipops” with a Horseradish Cream sauce and sweet Figs with Bacon and Chile complete this meal. Chef prepares a Holiday cocktail to accompany this fun menu. Full course meal and wine included with this class.

All prices are per person. Payment is required to reserve classes.

No refunds, but class credit is available if cancellation is within 7 days of class.

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
