Say “Macadamia nuts” and you think of Hawaii, and maybe a sweet treat! Actually, Macadamia nuts make a great savory breading for Halibut! Spring is Halibut season, so take advantage learning about this versatile, mild fish with this class! Chef starts off the class with a Shrimp Scampi Dip and fish is accompanied by a Lemon Orzo with Saffron. This class includes a delicious meal served with complimentary wine!
