Taken straight from Chef Mark’s first restaurant, Marco’s Italian Café, Chef Mark brings in some of his favorite Italian dishes. The main course is Chicken Saltimbocca. This is a perfect comfort food, made with thin chicken breast and prosciutto! Chef begins class by preparing meatballs marsala, for your starter dish. The chicken dish is accompanied by a pasta marinara ragu. Complimentary wine is included in this delicious class!
