Taken straight from Chef Mark’s first restaurant, Marco’s Italian Café, Chef Mark brings in some of his favorite dishes. The main course is Seafood Stuffed Shrimp. This is a perfect comfort food, made with fresh crab and scallops! Chef begins class by preparing Tortellini En Brodo, for your starter dish. The stuffed shrimp is accompanied by a Fresh Tomato Pasta. Complimentary wine is included in this delicious class!

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
