Chef Mark celebrates Mardi Gras, by preparing several New Orleans classic dishes. Inspired by last year’s culinary trip to New Orleans, this class shows you how to prepare a rich shrimp étouffée and a crabmeat, stuffed filet mignon! Dessert and complimentary wine included in this class.
