Join Chef Mark for special evening! One of our most popular classes, get your glitz on and enjoy an incredible surf & turf class! Chef begins the evening’s menu with smoked salmon crostini. Then Chef prepares a tender, filet mignon and crabmeat stuffed, lobster tail. Roasted asparagus with sweet red peppers and garlic roasted baby red potatoes round out the meal. A special dessert, complimentary wine and a champagne toast all included in this class! 2021 has got to be better, right?!

All prices are per person. Payment is required to reserve classes.

No refunds, but class credit is available if cancellation is within 7 days of class.

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
