Gauchos … the Cowboys of Argentina inspire this new twist on a cowboy steak! Chef Mark shows you the preparation of Gaucho style steak, beginning with a New York Strip Steak marinated in a Chimichurri sauce (parsley, cilantro, vinegars, oregano, red pepper and olive oil), then pan-seared to perfection. Class kicks off with the preparation of Spinach Empanadas, and steak is served with sautéed Eggplant and Cherry Tomatoes. Class is capped off with a delicious meal and complimentary wine!
