Chef Mark prepares a steak dinner, straight from the Steak house! Oysters Rockefeller kick off the evening, prepared with spinach, mornay sauce, bacon and almonds. Bistro center-cut NY strip, grilled and served in a wild mushroom, horseradish sauce. Also, roasted potatoes with brussel sprouts topped with truffle oil and parmesan. Full course meal and complementary wine included.

No refunds, but class credit is available if cancellation is within 7 days of class.

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
