Chef Mark brings the menu of a New York City Bistro to his Evergreen kitchen! Chef begins the evening with the preparation of green lip mussels on the half shell with pimento cheese. The next course is cream of mushroom soup, using Colorado fresh mushrooms. The main dish is a dry-aged, NY strip in a horseradish creme fraiche sauce. Complimentary wine is included with this elegant meal!
