The infamous pan-seared, Porterhouse Steak is on tap in this class for two! It is the king of all beef. The Porterhouse is a large cut of beef that contains both the New York Strip and the Filet Mignon. The ultimate steak for sharing! Class kicks off with Chef Mark’s Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail and the Porterhouse is accompanied by a Baked Potato with Roasted Veggies. This steakhouse meal is served with complimentary wine!

All prices are per person. Payment is required to reserve classes.

No refunds, but class credit is available if cancellation is within 7 days of class.

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
