Expand your horizons with this interesting twist on steak! The evening begins with Caldo Verde Soup, a Portuguese style vegetable soup. Next Chef shows you how to make a skillet seared, flat iron steak with a Chorizo Tomato sauce. Steak is accompanied by baby red potatoes and artichoke hearts. This class includes a full course meal and complimentary wine.
