You will make a Cajun Butter to accompany a perfectly pan-seared ribeye steak. Southern style, Fried Green Tomatoes and Maque Choux (Cajun Corn Sauté) round out the menu! Full course meal and complimentary wine included in this class!

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
