Chef Mark was raised in Florida, and brings you a Boat Captain’s favorite recipes in this class! Red Snapper is a popular Florida fish, and chef takes you to Key West for this menu. Class begins with Pink Shrimp ceviche, a Key West favorite! Chef prepares Snapper Hemingway, a nod to Key West’s infamous resident! Red snapper is baked in a garlic sauce with crabmeat and asparagus, accompanied by Key West conch chowder. Dessert and complimentary wine included with this class.
