Bring your appetite to this beefy class! Chef Mark showcases the preparation of a ribeye steak, with a mushroom Marsala wine sauce. A medley of Mediterranean roasted vegetables accompany the steaks. Class begins with a hearty, Italian sausage, pasta soup. Dessert and complimentary wine included in this class.

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
