Step up your salmon game with this delicious twist! Chef begins with an exotic grilled Octopus salad with lemon, cucumber, tomatoes on black ash greens. Next, the salmon is layered with lemon, butter, jumbo crab meat and asparagus, topped with a rich Bernáise sauce. Class includes full course meal and complementary wine.
