Learn about Salt Block cooking, it adds flavor and delivers some health benefits! Chef Mark starts with a fried Asparagus. Chef shows you how to use a Salt Block to cook Ahi Tuna with a Soy Ginger sauce. Ahi is served with a coconut curry cauliflower side dish. Class includes a full course meal and complimentary wine.
