Chef Mark walks you through the preparation of this real San Francisco treat! This Italian-American fisherman’s stew is chock full of clams, shrimp, scallops, fish, crabmeat and mussels. The night kicks off with a Smoked Caesar Salad with Anchovies. A San Francisco-style Sourdough bread accompanies the Cioppino to soak up every last drop! Complimentary wine is included with this class meal.

No refunds, but class credit is available if cancellation is within 7 days of class.

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
