Chef Mark goes south of the border and brings you the zesty flavors of Mexico paired with seafood. Using popular ingredients, associated with Mexico, you will delight in this tasty class! Begin with fresh-made avocado salsa and chips, while Chef walks you through the preparation of Tequila grilled swordfish with pico de gallo. He will create a cilantro-mango tostada to accompany the fish. Margaritas and dessert are included in this class!
