Chef Mark combines his love of seafood and bacon in this tasty class! Chef begins this class with a hearty shrimp and bacon corn chowder. Enjoy clam Casino, a delicious dish of stuffed baked clams with bacon. The star of this class is a bacon, horseradish lobster, stuffed grouper (a mild white fish), roasted in a white wine sauce. Dessert and complimentary wine are included with this class menu.

All prices are per person. Payment is required to reserve classes.

No refunds, but class credit is available if cancellation is within 7 days of class.

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
