Scallops are a succulent shellfish, elegant yet very easy to make. Chef discusses how and where to buy them. Learn how to make seared scallops, with a perfectly golden brown crust, truly restaurant quality. At the end of class, you will enjoy a family style meal of seared scallops with mushroom risotto and complimentary wine.

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
