If you love shellfish, this is your class!  Chef Mark walks you through the preparation of an Italian Shellfish main dish, Clams, Shrimp and Mussels Posillipo. Originating from Naples, this dish features shellfish in a light tomato sauce with fresh basil. Chef begins the class with Balsamic Bruchetta and the Shellfish dish is accompanied by Pasta! Complimentary wine is served with this delicious class meal!
