Chef revisit the New Orleans culinary tour with this very cajun dish! This is basically a cajun style “Surf and Turf”! This dish employs a technique known as smothering. Chef starts off with a creamy clam dip. Main dish is accompanied by the cajun staple, dirty rice! This delicious class includes complimentary wine.
