Chef Mark brings the low country to the high country in this demo class! It’s all about the crab, starting with Blue Crab crostini with sliced cucumbers. Then Chef prepare Fried Soft Shell Crab, with asparagus, mushrooms, radishes and prosciutto butter. Chef makes a Napa slaw to accompany the main course. Complimentary wine and a delicious meal all included!
