Chef Mark takes you to the South in this class. Pulling from his childhood memories, Chef walks you through the preparation of Southern Comfort Food! Chef prepares a classic Shrimp & Grits appetizer. You will learn to make a traditional Buttermilk Fried Chicken with a creamy side of Macaroni & Cheese! Southern style collard greens and spiked Lemonade complete this menu! Full course meal and complimentary wine are included.

No refunds, but class credit is available if cancellation is within 7 days of class.

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
