Join Chef Mark for our  Valentine’s Day tradition! One of our most popular classes, grab your sweetheart and enjoy an incredible surf & turf class! Chef begins the evening’s menu with smoked salmon crostini. Then Chef prepares a tender, filet mignon and crabmeat stuffed, lobster tail. Roasted asparagus with sweet red peppers and garlic roasted baby red potatoes round out the meal. A special dessert and complimentary wine, and of course, a rose, all included in this class!

No refunds, but class credit is available if cancellation is within 7 days of class.

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
