Chef Mark prepares Baja fish tacos made with fresh halibut and a batch of traditional Carne Asada tacos. Then Chef will create unique toppings, such as cilantro lime salsa, pico de gallo & more! This zesty meal is served with complimentary wine!

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
