Learn to make flavorful Thai food in the comfort of your own kitchen! Chef starts with a Thai classic, sweet chili fried calamari. Next up is Penang beef curry, beef cubes simmered in a fragrant coconut curry sauce made with spicy Penang curry paste, coconut milk and lime, accompanied by Thai Jasmine fried rice. This evening’s class includes a wonderful meal and complimentary wine!

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
