Enjoy a night of Thai cooking. Begin with Tom Kha Gai, a thai coconut soup, featuring chicken, lemongrass, garlic and mushrooms. Learn how to make crispy calamari with a Romesco sauce. The main dish is Miso glazed, seared sea bass served with sesame orange spinach and arugula. Full course meal and complimentary wine included.

No refunds, but class credit is available if cancellation is within 7 days of class.

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
