Chef Mark explores the bold, fresh flavors of Thai cuisine in this delicious class. Chef prepares a seared Chilean sea bass with fresh cilantro and ginger, finished in a black garlic soy sauce. Robust sautéd shiitake mushrooms and garlic noodles with bok choy sauce, complete  this Thai style menu. Dessert and complimentary wine included in this class.
