Julia Child, America’s iconic celebrity Chef, she was one of the first to have her own television show! Julia is credited with bringing French cuisine to the America home cook. Chef Mark pays tribute to this culinary legend by showing you how to prepare a classic French meal. Chef begins class with a creamy Lobster Bisque. Then he prepares Chicken Chasseur, which is tender chicken baked in a white wine, mushroom sauce. Traditional sides of Haricot Verts and Potatoes Dauphinoise complete this French classic.
