Evergreen Cooking School pays tribute to renowned Louisiana Chef, Paul Prudhomme. Known for his “magic of blackening”, Paul Prudhomme put Cajun cooking on the map! Chef Mark pays tribute to Chef Prudhomme with this class, using the blackening technique. Chef Mark will prepare Blackened Red Fish with grilled red peppers and rice. A zesty, Cajun cabbage slaw will be served with the fish. Full course meal and complimentary wine included.

All prices are per person. Payment is required to reserve classes.

No refunds, but class credit is available if cancellation is within 7 days of class.

ECS reserves the right to cancel a class if there are not enough participants. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email. ECS will offer a refund or class credit towards a future class.
